LEGAL BASES OF THIS CONTEST:
CLAUSE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY.
THE SPB GLOBAL CORPORATION S.L., with registered office at Polígono Industrial de Cheste, Vial 6, Cheste (Valencia) , 46380 Spain, with CIF B-46020541 and owner of the brand WYX CLEAN (hereinafter “WYX”), organizes on the dates indicated below, the free contest, without obligation to purchase, called “Valentine’s Day Contest” (hereinafter “the contest”) in accordance with the requirements described in these Legal Basis.
CLAUSE 2.- OBJECTIVE AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST
The contest will consist of 1 call where users can participate to win a prize.
The dates for participation are set out below:
– Valentine’s Day Contest 2021: From 11st to 14th February 2021.
To be eligible, the user must participate by meeting the following mandatory requirements:
- Be over 18 years old- Be a WYX follower on Instagram (@wyxclean)
- Tag 2 friends.
- Be a UK resident.
Instagram and the Popcorn maker brand do not sponsor, endorse, or otherwise administer this contest, nor is it associated with it.
CLAUSE 3.- PRIZES
Each prize will be delivered consisting of:
- 1 Popcorn Maker
- 1 unit of WYX Multipurpose Disinfectant Cleaner 750ml
- 1 unit of WYX Bathroom Disinfectant Cleaner 750ml
- 1 unit of WYX Laundry Cleanser Disinfectant 1,5L
- 1 unit of WYX Disinfectant Hand Gel 250ml (with pump)
- 1 unit of WYX Disinfectant Hand Gel 250ml
- 1 unit of WYX Disinfectant Hand Gel 75ml
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
CLAUSE 4.- CONTEST
The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries.
Participants must meet the following requirements:
- It is not allowed to include trademarks or logos belonging to third parties, nor advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than brands and products owned by WYX) without written authorization or containing personal identification, such as license numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses, or postal addresses;
- It is forbidden to use content that is sexually explicit or provocative; violent; derogatory towards any ethnic group, race, sex, religion, profession or age group; irreverent or pornographic; showing images of nudity or any activity considered dangerous;
- It is not permitted to promote illegal drugs, alcohol or firearms (or their use), or activities that may appear risky or dangerous, as well as specific programmes or messages of political parties;
- It is not permitted to use language that is considered obscene or offensive, or that promotes hatred or supports xenophobic groups;
- It is forbidden to defame, misrepresent or make derogatory comments about the Promoter, its product or services, or other persons, products or companies;
- It is not permitted to include materials that are protected by copyright and are the property of third parties without written permission;
- Participants must always comply with the Instagram conditions applicable .
- Using false identity profiles will result in disqualification of the participant.
The jury will choose ONE WINNER and THREE SUBSTITUTES.
The winner will be announced between the 15th and 17th of February 2021.
CLAUSE 5.- AWARDING OF THE PRIZES
The winner of the contest will be contacted by DM on Instagram on the dates stated in clause 4 above and will be asked for personal information in order to receive the prize. This consists of:
Name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail.
If it is not possible to talk to the winners within 2 days per DM on Instagram, or if they expressly refuse the prize for any reason, WYX will refer to the substitutes in order of selection.
If they have accepted the prize, the winners will receive an e-mail/call explaining how to proceed.
If the prizes are rejected by all the winners and substitutes, the contest will be declared void.
CLAUSE. – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided by the winners will not be incorporated into any file and will be used only to manage the delivery of the prizes.
CLAUSE. – 7. IMAGE RIGHTS
Participants authorise their image and username on Instagram to be published on the WYX website and social networks, as well as on any of the brand’s official communication channels, without this giving rise to any right to receive compensation.
CLAUSE. – 8. AGREEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY.
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these Legal Conditions and that you respect and comply with the conditions of Instagram.
- WYX reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the contest, partially or totally, at any time. It also reserves the right to cancel the contest or leave the prize void in case of any irregularity. Once any modification has been made, the participants will be informed on the WYX website.
- WYX reserves the right to exclude from participation in the contest all those participants who, in its opinion, are in breach of any condition of participation included in these Legal Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, for whatever reason, will result in the loss of all rights.
- Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Legal Conditions will result in the disqualification of the participant from the contest.
- WYX is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners that prevents their identification.
CLAUSE. – 9. EXONERATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
WYX will not be responsible for the use of the prize that the winner may make. WYX shall not be liable for any delay, deterioration, or loss in the delivery of the prize for any reason not directly attributable to the prize. WYX shall not be liable for technical defects in telecommunications networks, social networks, or computers.
CLAUSE. – 10. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE.
These legal bases are subject to UK legislation. Any claim related to the contest should be sent in writing to THE SPB GLOBAL CORPORATION S.L., to the WYX Marketing Department at the following address Polígono Industrial de Cheste, Vial 6, Cheste (Valencia) , 46380 Spain, before the thirty (30) days following the deadline for participation in the contest.
